Intended Use
It is intended to detect and quantify specific chemical components in human blood serum, plasma, whole blood, capillary blood and urine samples through Dry Chemistry and Fluorescence Immunoassay.
Dry Chemistry: triglyceride, cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid, glucose, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, muscle coordination, urea, homocysteine. Dry Fluorescence Immunoassay: Glycosylated hemoglobin, kinase isoenzyme, cardiac troponin 1, myoglobin, microalbumin.

Testing Principles
Testing principle of the matched test cards (Fluorescent Labeling Method): the test card is coated with fluorescent-labeled antibodies and capture antibodies. When sample is applied to the test card, fluorescent- labeled antibodies bind to the antigen in the sample to form antibody- antigen complex. Then capillary action pulls the complex to the test area and it is captured by capture antibodies immobilized over the test line to form "double antibody sandwich" complex. The measuring system of the instrument automatically scans the markers over the test area to obtain optical signals. Then it measures and interprets the signal to quantitatively calculate the antigen concentration in the sample.
Testing principle of the matched test card (Dry Chemistry): the liquid in the sample is used as the reaction medium. The sample directly reacts with the dry reagent immobilized on the solid support. By reflection spectrophotometry, the LED light will be reflected to the PD and converted into voltage value via electric circuits to calculate the antigen concentration in the sample.
