MSLIF16 Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer (hereinafter referred to the analyzer or instrument) consists of a fluorescence immunoassay analyzer, an AC adapter, and the matched test cassette.
The analyzer is a portable medical diagnosis instrument, which is used to measure the content of biomarkers in human whole blood, serum or plasma. The test result can be used as an aid in clinical diagnosis and prognosis. The matched test cassette should be used , if does not match, the measured results may be incorrect.
Fluorescence immunoassay is a method to use trivalent rare earth ions as tracers to label protein, polypeptide, hormone, antibody, nucleic acid probe or cells. After reaction, use analyzer to measure the fluorescence intensity in product, and then base on the ratio of fluorescence intensity to relative fluorescence intensity to determine the concentration of analyte in the reaction system, so as to achieve the purpose of sample determination.
