Electric hystera-cutter can work continuously with the characteristics of stepless speed, changeable directions and user-friendly, which is the first choice to a laparoscopic hysterectomy, uterine fibroids and other surgeries.


Instructions for use
1.Plug into 220V power supply,turn on the power switch and the indicator light goes on.
2.Connected the electro-motor and electric controller with a wire.
3.Press the touch switch of the electro-motor to start it,then adjust the rotary switch on the electric controller(according to the direction of the arrow)from slow to fast for stepless speed(The display shows the regulated voltage),push the reversible switch, adjust the direction of rotation,normally, in the clockwise direction.
4.Fixing the serrated knife tube to the electro-motor,then insert the grasping forces into the tube,grasper forceps head is 3~5cm longer than the tube. Then insert the needle cannula together into the abdominal cavity.
5.Using grasping forceps to grasp the rotate uterus,and pull into the serrated knife tube,then start the motor to rotate(The display shows the output current).
6.Which shown in the Figure A-I are different operation procedures of the SEMM hysterectomy under the standard laparoscopic(only for reference): A) Separating the ovaries and oviduct with the standard ligation method (high-frequency electric knife or ultrasonic knife);
B) Put the stick into the bottom of the uterus about 5mm away from the serosa;
C) Put on the vaginal cutter;
D) Excise cervix through vaginal under the endoscope;
E) After cervical fascia triple ligation;
F) Excising the uterus;
G) Standard suturing;
H) And covering the cervical stump with peritoneal membrane;
I) Rotary cut and remove the uterus from the abdominal cavity with the electric hysterectomy for several times under the endoscope.
